The location is central. For tea and goodies visit Biner, located close by. The very nice restaurant with gourmet menu is a nice plus...

Quaint hotel with huge rooms, WONDERFUL views of the Matterhorn mountain. Location near to the mountains and the centre of the town and the valley rather than towards the matterhorn.
Not particularly helpful staff!

A simple breakdown of my visit
A beautiful stay with really good touches! I enjoyed the spa facilities, including a huge swimming pool and sauna, rarely crowded. Breakfast was rich and satisfying, while the bar atmosphere was perfect for winding down. Although I encountered minor service inconsistencies, the fine decor and cozy charm more than made up for it!

We have received a beautiful room on the top floor with a view of the Matterhorn. The furnishings were incredibly cosy and the fireplace, which was also allowed to be used, made the stay one of the most beautiful Christmas holidays. Brilliant!

Easy base for 1 night with attentive staff at the reception desk. Breakfast with very nice atmosphere. Comfortable and ideal location relatively near Forest Fun-Park Zermatt. Really nice restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Set short distance from a train station. Honestly no complaints.

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering fresh items and custom-made options, complemented by wonderful service. The room felt a bit dated, and while charming, some amenities need maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The room was quiet with a Mountain View, though not the best side. It would have been nice to have a clear view of the Matterhorn from the room.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
My Standard Double Room was cozy, filled with charming decor. The luxurious spa area with its heated swimming pool and relaxing jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. And let's not forget the amazing views from the balcony-I was captivated by the fine scenery surrounding me!

Basically everything. The design is great, modern and old mixed, wood with glass, etc..
The instructions for heating the stove did not match the stove. To open the trigger, you had to turn instead of pull as described. Since pulling was also possible, it needed some experiments. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were oversalted. As this is produced and exhibited in large quantities, it does not concern the individual customer, but all of them on the same day.
